When I Heard Something Terrifying From The Dentist

One Monday I went to the dentist and told me I had to get braces. We were on our way to the dentist and we were waiting on them to call me back I was only supposed to get a cleaning and some x-rays.Then, they called me back so they to x-rays on my teeth.When, got done with my x- rays they saw that I was missing my K nine teeth. They were finally done with me and then they told my mom that I was missing my K nine teeth and in my head I was nervous and and was thinking that I am going to look weird with no teeth. Then, they said that i can get braces and straighten up the gaps.I was happy because i always wanted braces but I had heard bad things about them. So I was scared at first so tell me if you would be scared or excited ?
First of all, I’m glad you were somewhat optimistic about braces. I’ve heard that braces can work within a few months, at max, and that isn’t that long for your teeth to be straightened. I’ve never had to worry about getting braces, because I’ve always been complimented on how straight my teeth are. Personally, I don’t think braces would be that scary. How do they put braces on your teeth?
